I cannot help you if you are worried how people you meet in your everyday life perceive you. But from an 'artistic' point of view...
At a glimpse taken in under a minute I would say that, as an artist, you are good with character's faces and okay with hands. Pleasing work with colors, lighting and shading. If you are actually still a minor that stuff is pretty impressive.
Judging from your Faves page (which might be outdated) your tastes are pretty mainstream. What will always help your growth as an artist would be to subject yourself to stuff that's either historically well received (like visiting a museum) but also subjecting yourself to things that are "interesting and new". My advice on that front would be to dig some more into what other artists submit to Newgrounds. Newgrounds is pretty good for that.
Also: When you do, give things you look at, watch, listen to, or play a 'rating'. It does not have to be "the perfect rating(TM)" and you'll get a better idea how to rate stuff over time. But drawn art and audio in particular do not get enough feedback, so it's hard for artists to say what people like - or hate. (Random example from your own catalogue: 32 views but only 2 votes...)
Doing so will also help you understand how users here might view how you present your art to them.
that's really nice of you!! it's nice to get some feedback on this stuff because i'm insecure about my work sometimes. i do agree that i need to rate some artwork since i can't really expect things from people if i'm not also doing those things.
i may or may not be going to a museum after tomorrow so that could help me get a little inspired and hopefully keep my spiraling at bay
